A Very Sweet Craftastic Monday Link Party!!

Happy Craftastic Monday Everyone!  This week is chocked full of good stuff - new projects, a tasty tutorial and a cool new giveaway.  And there's still time to enter the My Memories Scrapbook Software giveaway too.  I'm also incredibly excited to introduce a brand new Sew Can Do sponsor: Sugar Pink Boutique.

I discovered this fabulous shop and FELL. IN. LOVE.  All kinds of lovely, unusual, candy-colored, crafty supplies.  It's a crafter's paradise!!  Here are just some of the goodies you can find in this sweet shop: pom pom trim, ribbon, lace, fabric, berry beads, satin embellishments, stationary, german glass glitter, home decor and much more!

I thought I'd share some of the lovelies I bought.  It was hard not to buy the whole store!  My order arrived in a flash and was beautifully packaged too.  I felt like a kid at Christmas when it came! Everything was so gorgeous like these berry beads:

And of course these awesome Candy Lights that look like they're dipped in fluffy, glittery frosting:

Jennifer, the owner, is as sweet as the items in her shop too:)  I cannot wait to start making some scrumptious creations with these items.  I highly recommend checking out Sugar Pink Boutique!!

I also loved all the great creations that were linked to last week's party.  Let's take a look at some goodies you shared:

The Simple Craft Diaries showed how to make some striking artwork from some branches and an old frame.  Budget-friendly and stylish!

We're big fans of Star Wars over here so it was great to see Dahlhart Lane's adorable Yoda Plush Tutorial:

How seriously cute is this cowgirl doggie costume from Cozy Home Scenes?  She's even got a tiny size lasso and pumpkin.  Adorable!!

And from the Kids Can Craft always open link party, the "Pick of the Week" was the toilet paper roll monster idea from One Artsy Mama.  Using items most moms have around the house, even the smallest kids can make some monster magic:

The Kids Can Craft Party is for projects kids can make.  It's always open to add your links and the projects do not have to be new (so if you've got a good one from last year, throw it up there!).  You can link up ANYTIMEJust click HERE to get to that party.  Please remember to link back or put the Kids Can Craft button on your blog so you have a chance to get featured:)

Ready to link up?

Party rules are simple:

  • As long as it's crafty and made by you it's Craftastic (no links to giveaways, shops, other link parties or other people's work - THEY WILL BE REMOVED).  Just add the link to your specific post (not the main page of your blog).
  • Grab my party button & put it on your post or blog.  The code's on the sidebar ->
  • Check out some of the other great links and share some crafty comment love.

I leave the party open until 11:59pmEST every Friday, so there's plenty of time to add your newest creations.  Have fun getting crafty this week!!

  7. I tried to post this last night, but had trouble with my browser. Thanks for featuring Holly in her Halloween costume. Forget she's already the diva, but you're giving her more reason to have a big head! You made our day showing her off though! Thanks again, and have a great week!
