Craftastic Monday Link Party!

Hello Crafty Friends!  This Craftastic Monday I've got a double dose of features coming at you - there were just too many good projects to narrow it down to only a few.  I've been frantically trying to get school things organized, do some projects with the kids, ferry them to all their end of season activities and packing for a final summer family trip. It's a nice kind of busy (better than busy with unpleasant things), but all the inspiration at the link party has me clamoring for the next bit of time I'll have to craft!

It's time to announce the winner of the Durathon Digital Iron Giveaway:

~~~Lindsay Shaffer~~~
Congratulations Lindsay and a big thank you to Hamilton Beach for providing this fantastic prize.
And if you weren't the iron winner, fear not!  Last week I kicked off a new safari-themed Fat Quarter Fabric Bundle Giveaway too:
Remember to do the Craftastic Facebook Mixer Too!
It's FREE advertising for YOUR site/Facebook page - INCLUDING SHOPS  and a way to easily discover new sites to love at the same time.  It takes just seconds and gives you a chance to get more page likes & followers.  HOSTING A CRAFTY GIVEAWAY?  You can now add them there too!
How It Works:
Head over to the Craftastic Mixer post on Sew Can Do's FB page.  Instead of a specific post, share your main blog, crafty shop or Facebook page link in the comments there.  It means even more exposure for your crafty site every week!  Click HERE to go link up now!
Now let's see some Craftastic picks..
Craftaholique shared how to make a gorgeous bead embroidered statement necklace:
Or go for faux metal with the clever clay jewelry tutorial from Vikalpah:
I NEED to try this jalapeño, garlic, basil pickle recipe from Dizzy Busy & Hungry.  Now, if only my cucumber would grow faster!!
Hill House Homestead had a recipe for prickly pear jelly:
Check out this cool quilling + word overlay idea from Wesens-Art:
Need a project to keep the kids busy?  One Little Project shared how to make shaving cream foam sand:
Frugal Foodie Mama made a fun beachy fairy garden:
And Passion et Couture showed her cute crochet doll and where to find the free pattern to make it:
If you're one of this week's features, be sure to grab my Featured On button over on my Buttons Page to share the good news.
I also feature these projects on Sew Can Do's Craftastic Picks Pinterest board
AND share each of them on Twitter too for even MORE exposure!
Follow me there to see more great projects (and see if yours is one of them)!
Ready to link up your crafty creations?
Party rules are simple:
  • As long as it's crafty, and made by you, it's Craftastic (no links to giveaways, shops, link parties or other people's work).  Add the link to your specific post (not the main page of your blog).  Product reviews, plagiarized or sponsored posts for random items will be immediately deleted.
  • Grab my party button & put it on your post or blog somewhere.  Party pages are fine.  If you want the chance to be featured, this is key.  The button code can be found HERE.
  • Check out some of the other fabulous links and share some crafty comment love.  We all love getting comments!!
  3. This week I linked up a quilted Halloween table runner made with scrap fabric - yeah! A great way to cut down on the stash. I also linked up a FMQ spider web and pumpkins pattern that can be used with the runner or on another project. Thanks for hosting!
